DEA are nothing short of incredible. They never fail to amaze me with their outstanding service. As a property management company, it is imperative that we have quick turnaround times for our move ins and by using DEA, we can ensure we provide this to new tenants.
We at John Shepherd have been using DEA across all of our branches – Midlands based for over 6 years now and are still as impressed by their service now as we were back then. The team have a smooth process and are very quick to be able to assist. They are so friendly and their work doesn’t go unnoticed.
We have been using this company to carry out EPCs across our property portfolio, and they have been an absolute pleasure to work with. Managing multiple properties means we need a DEA partner who is fast, reliable, and highly professional—and this team delivers every single time.
